Creating Sub Inventories in ERP

To create a sub inventory in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud:

1. Login to Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

2. Navigate to Other > Setup and Maintenance.

3. From Setup, select the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management feature.

4. In the Functional Areas section, select Inventory Management.

5. From the Tasks menu, select Search.

6. Search for Manage Subinventories and Locators and select it.

7. Select Organization and click OK.

8. In the Search Result region, click Create Icon.

9. Add the following details in the Create Subinventory Summary section:

• Subinventory, Description, End Date

• Material Status: Active

• Subinventory Type: Storage/Regular

• WACS Storeroom flag: Yes

10. Add the following details in the Location section:

• Locator Structure: Four-Segment Locator Structure Instance

• Asset Subinventory: Yes

11. Click Save and Close.
