Scenario 7: CCB + MWM + WAM/ODM v2.1.x

In this scenario, the integration product coordinates processing between:

• Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing

• Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management

• Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management/ Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management v2.1.x

All the configurations for the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing are as in Scenario 6 except that the appointments are supported in this scenario.
