This chapter provides an overview of Service Point Query process integration. If mobile workers intend to create an unrelated pick up activity from Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management, they must select the service point. In order to do so, they query Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing which return the service point(s) in the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing system. Mobile workers can then select the service point where the activity will take place. This integration provides processing to support this functionality.
