Managing Customers and Accounts

There are two options available to manage customer information:

  • Customer 360: This option displays an embedded version of your Oracle Utilities customer information system (CIS). When you use Customer 360, the work portion of the screen is formatted in the same way as your CIS, displaying the same zones in the same order.

  • Customer Dashboard: This option is an updated version of Customer 360, and provides you with a dashboard that is built directly within the CX for Utilities Agent Service interface.

Your utility can configure which option is displayed when accessing customer and account information. Contact your manager to determine which option is available to you.
