Using the Account 360 Spotlight

You use the Spotlight section of Account 360 to view information about the account and to perform actions that are associated with the account. The Spotlight enables you to:

  • View primary contact and address information

  • Access all contacts associated with the account

  • Access the account hierarchy view to:

    • Understand parent and child account relationships

    • Compare billing, service, and sales data across child accounts in the hierarchy

  • Access the action menu, which allows you to:

    • Access Oracle Fusion account details

    • Access the sales team

    • Mark an account as a favorite or remove an account from favorites

    • Create a note, appointment, or task for the account

    • Send an email
