Viewing a Sent Behavioral Load Shaping Communication

To more effectively answer questions about Behavioral Load Shaping emails, you can view copies of the communications that have been sent to a customer.

To view a sent BLS communication:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Service Interface.
  2. Find and open the customer's account.
  3. On the customer's account page, look in the BLS Communications area. A list of the customer's sent emails displays, with the most recent one at the top. Each communication lists the type of communication, date and time it was sent, and whether it was delivered or attempted (and not successfully delivered).
  4. Click the name of an email to view a sent version of it.
