Viewing a Sent Bill Ready Notification

If the customer contacts you with billing-related concerns or questions, you can view the customer’s Bill Ready Notification through the CSI.

To view a sent Bill Ready Notification:

  1. Sign in to the Customer Service Interface.
  2. Find and open the customer's account.
  3. On the customer's account page, look in the Bill Notifications area. A list of the customer's notifications is displayed. Each communication lists the type of communication, date and time it was sent, and whether it was delivered or attempted (and not successfully delivered).
  4. Click the name of a notification to view it.
