Modifying the Account Nick Name

As a CSR, you can help customers to modify the nick name for their account.

To modify the account nick name:

  1. Access a customer's account and masquerade as the customer. For complete steps to complete this task, see Accessing a Customer's Account.
  2. While masquerading as the customer, select Manage Web Account. The customer's web account information is displayed.
  3. From the Connected Accounts area, select the pencil icon next to the account.
  4. Update the account nick name and select Save.
