Modifying the Account Nick Name
As a CSR, you can help customers to modify the nick name for their account.
To modify the account nick name:
- Access a customer's account and masquerade as the customer. For complete steps to complete this task, see Accessing a Customer's Account.
- While masquerading as the customer, select Manage Web Account. The customer's web account information is displayed.
- From the Connected Accounts area, select the pencil icon next to the account.
- Update the account nick name and select Save.
