Reviewing One-Time Payments
As a CSR, you can review various information about one-time payments. With the proper configurations in places, searches of one-time payments can include username, correlation ID, start date, and end date to return applicable results. Details related to the transaction including date and time, username, correlation ID, processing time, dollar amount, and if a transaction fails are included. Transactions marked as failed also include error code and error category information.
To review details about one-time payments:
- Log in to Customer Care and Billing.
- From the Menu, select Self-Service, and select Self-Service Task. The Self-Service Query page is displayed.
- Search for the one-time payments by providing the following:
- Search By: Select the attributes to search for.
- Service Task Type: Select One Time Payment Task.
- Select Search to display a list of self-service tasks. Select the applicable self-service task to review details about the task.
