Electric Vehicle Welcome Message

The Electric Vehicle Welcome Message is included in the first Electric Vehicle Home Energy Reports. It appears at the top of the report and introduces customers to the Electric Vehicle program. This module explains the program and provides information about its purpose so that customers are oriented to the program.
