Report Editions

Customers receive multiple reports over a set period, and each report is part of a specific report edition. Report editions are report sequences that change dynamically over time to provide customers with a collection of modules focused on a theme, such as a seasonal change or joining the Oracle Utilities Opower program. The editions available include:

For example, the Winter Edition contains modules, tips, and promotions focused on helping customers save energy in the winter months. Such report variations increase customer engagement by providing timely and relevant information to customers throughout the year.

Oracle Utilities and the utility decide how many print reports a customer receives throughout the year and which report editions they get. The default experience is for new customers to receive a Welcome Edition as their first report. Customers receive at least one Summer Edition sometime during the summer months. Customers receive Progress Report editions throughout the remainder of the year as agreed upon with the utility.
