Known Issues: Enterprise Manager for Oracle Utilities

The following are known issues in this release of Enterprise Manager for Oracle Utilities.

Batch Home Page	23146097 - COLUMN "MAX EXECUTION ERROR" IN BATCH HOMEPAGE IS OUT OF PLACE WHEN VIEWED IN IE	The Column mentioned is out of alignment when the accessibility tool is turned on.
Target availability	Bug 22918639 - NATIVE ENV TARGETS UNAVAILABLE AFTER TARGET REMOVAL THEN DISCOVERY/PROMOTION	A native or clustered OUAF environment’s web and service target availability cannot be determined by the plug-in.
Target promotion	Bug 22611107 - UNABLE TO START/STOP IN DISTRIBUTE INSTALL TARGET ENVIRONMENT	When distributed targets are promoted from a specified agent (e.g., Agent A), OEM does not honor the association with any other agent/host other than that agent. Bug 22741274 - target with remote agent using setAgent api.
Environment Home Page	IE :SYSTEM PROPERTIES TEXT IN THE ORACLE UTILITIES ENV TARGET ARE CUT OFF ACC	System properties in the home page is not visible when viewed in IE with accessibility mode turned on.
Target Home Page for native install	Monitoring issues exist in environments using localhost as the hostname.	If an environment is configured with localhost as the hostname, the following issues can occur: Metrics such as healthcheck are not accessible Anything related to JMX, such as web, service, and batch target type homepages, are not available for monitoring in this release.
Cloning	Unable to Clone	Due to ADF user interface bug, we face a null pointer issue on the screen. As a workaround, you could navigate forward and backward, after which - this screen/functionality works.
Upgrade	Target Availability issues after migration to latest version	Due to OEM upgrade issue, we run into this issue. As a workaround, check the installation documentation
