Help files are defined for different languages. The directory for Help files is $SPLEBASE/splapp/applications/help. Each language needs a separate directory underneath this directory (e.g., /ENG, /FRA, etc.), and each language directory can have a /CM subdirectory. Implementers should place their custom Help materials in the CM directory in the appropriate language folder (e.g., $SPLEBASE/splapp/applications/help/ENG/CM)..

The CM directories are preserved by the upgrade utility.

Help directories may be deployed in war file format (help.war) under the $SPLEBASE/splapp/applications directory. Use utilities provided by the SDK Tool Suite to incorporate your CM directories into a help.war file.
