History Tab
The History tab gives you a graphical representation of data points assigned to units. You can select the day and sampling interval that is based on the Downsampling Retention Policy.
About Units
Units contain multiple data points. When you open the History tab, the units you have access to are listed on the left side of the page. You can click each unit to view all data points belonging to that unit.
About Data Points
A data point represents a time series. You can select up to 12 data points across different units by clicking the drop-down arrow next to the unit's name. You also have the options to clear a selected unit and clear all selected units. The graph is automatically updated based on your selections.
About Search
You can quickly find units and data points by typing the name or part of the name in the Search field.
About Downsampling Retention Policies
You can view data points on the graph by selecting a window of time including Today, Yesterday, Past Week, Past Month, Past Year, or selecting Custom Dates. You must also select a sampling interval. For example, 60mins, 30mins, or 30s. Sampling intervals are based on the configuration of your Downsampling Retention Policy
About Data Views
