Operations Tab
The Live Energy Connect portal opens to a dashboard located on the Operations tab. It gives users access to real-time information about managed assets.
About Unit Status
The status of assets appears above the Unit Output panel. Unit status can be Expected as indicated by a green badge, or Unexpected as indicated by a red badge. Each badge includes the number of units, unit status, and whether the status is expected or unexpected.There are two main types of Expected Unit connection statuses:
Connected
Disconnected (indicated by a grey badge)
There are two types of Unexpected Unit connection statuses:
Attempting/Listening
Disconnected
About Unit Graphs
In the center of the portal is a visual representation of data for each unit in the form of a graph. Each graph includes:
the name and primary Point of the Unit
a metrics area that includes the last reak-time value of the currently graphed Points
Expanded Graph
You can click the expand button to get a more detailed view of the Unit. The expanded view includes the following:
Unit Name
Unit Status (includes a status description such as, planned maintenance)
Metric View
You can click the three horizontal lines above the Unit graph to open the metric view instead of the graph view. The metric view displays a list of all configured Points associated with a Unit and their latest updated measurement value. You can select Points in this view to toggle which points you want to graph in the graph view.
About Manage Graphs
Manage Graphs opens a new panel that allows users to indicate which assets they want to display in the graph view.
About Unit Output
The Unit Output panel displays a list of units and their total net output, which is the real-time sum of all energy consumed by the units. At any time, you can download this information by clicking the download icon.
About Alert and Notifications
The Alerts and Notifications panel displays real-time notifications and alerts. Click Details for each alert to see additional information. Close the panel by clicking the X. If closed, the panel will open when there are new alerts.
