Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Adapter for Landis+Gyr (LG) includes a test harness that can be configured to simulate the Landis+Gyr Gridstream Command Center head-end system for testing the two-way commands. The test harness is Multispeak 3.0 standard compliant and includes a BPEL composite, web services for standard meter functions, and an XML file that can be used to contain information for one or more meters.
