The Oracle Utilities Network Management System SCADA Calculation Engine generates calculated point values based on measurements received from any supported SCADA Adapter. These measurement values, which are fully configurable using SQL procedures, are fed into the system using the RTDBAdapter (RTAdapter with the -dir RDBMS option).

The executable program (CalcAdapter) can be configured in the system.dat file.
