When you change the SCADA state to Inhibit, Manual Override, or Disabled in Power Flow, you can enter comments to record why the state was changed. When you initiate an Inhibit action, a dialog box will open allowing you to enter a comment; for Manual Override, a Comment field is available below the Value field. The comment text, user, and date and time the comment was entered will be added to the selected asset's SCADA Summary row.

Existing comments may be edited by selecting the SCADA Summary row and selecting Edit Comment... from the Actions menu.
