• Outage Correction sheets must be associated with an event.

• The chosen event must be in the completed state.

• The outage time but be at least one second before the restore time .

• All customers outaged by the new steps must also be restored.

• Original customer calls must be affected by the new steps and must fit within their outage and restoration times.

• Customers who called in the original event are no longer in the model.

• Devices used in the new steps were not valid at the time of the original event.
