Viewing Power Flow Results in Study Mode

Power Flow results are calculated each time you display the Device Details Power Flow Results. To view Power Flow results for a device in study mode, follow these steps:

1. Start the Viewer and enable Device Details.

2. Set the Viewer to Study Mode. (When you change to Study Mode, the system prompts you to set the Study Session Parameters, as described in the next section.)

3. Select the device for which you want to view Power Flow results. (Click the left mouse button to select.) The Device Details dialog box appears.

4. Click the Power Flow Results tab. The Power Flow Results tab is populated with the calculated results.

5. Click the Power Flow Options button to view or modify the Study Session Parameters.

Understanding the Power Flow Study Mode Load Scenario

The Power Flow Study Mode Load Scenario tool allows you to set the parameters for network conditions that the power flow calculations will be based upon.
