Power Flow Solutions Details
Power Flow solutions details feature allow users to request and review power flow solution details to identify areas of the model with data problems. Non-administrative users have access to Power Flow Solution Details for all real-time based power flow solutions, which are auto-generated; administrative users also have access to real-time Power Flow Solution Details and also have the ability to force generation of details for forecast and study mode power flow solutions.
The solution details page is available from the Viewer's Device Details Power Flow Results tab, from the Feeder Load Management Feeder Load Overview table, and from the Feeder Load Summary.
Viewing Power Flow Solution Details from the Viewer
1. Start the Viewer.
2. Click the Device Details button () to enable Device Details.
3. Click the device.
4. Click the Power Flow Results tab, if not active.
The Power Flow Results tab is populated with the calculated results.
5. Click the Feeder Errors, Warnings, and Details button () to open the Feeder Errors, Warnings, and Details dialog box.
6. Select the Solution Details tab.
Note: When opened through Feeder Load Management, Power Flow Solution Details opens in a combined FLM Feeder Errors, Warnings, and Details dialog box, which contains two tabs; one tab is for solution details and the other for errors and warnings. Please see “Feeder Errors and Warnings” for more information on the Errors and Warnings tab.
Viewing Power Flow Solution Details from the Feeder Load Management Tool
1. Open Feeder Load Management.
2. Select a row in the Feeder Load Overview table.
3. Select Show Errors and Statistics... from either the Actions menu or the right-click option menu.
4. When the dialog box opens, select the Solution Details tab.

Viewing Power Flow Solution Details from the Feeder Load Summary Tool
1. Open Feeder Load Summary
2. Select a row in the summary table.
3. Select Show Errors and Statistics... from either the Actions menu or the right-click option menu

Using Power Flow Solution Details Window
The solution page includes:
Title with load scenario, time for the solution, and starting device when the request was sent from the Viewer or starting feeder when the request was sent from FLM. The title also includes the solution status device when the request was sent from the Viewer.
SCADA re-distributions descriptions.
Power Flow Service iteration descriptions for each SCADA iteration with a list of shunts with step changes and a list of distributed generators with output changes. If at least one of the lists is not empty, the Power Flow Service iteration will be displayed as a hyperlink to the iteration details page.
Hyperlinks to the Unbalanced Power Flow iterations for each PFService iteration with lists of devices with largest voltage mismatches (up to 10 devices) and lists of transformers with tap moves. Click an iteration link to navigate to the iteration page.
All devices are displayed as hyperlinks, which focus the Viewer on the device.
All iterations are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top.
Click the Back button to navigate back to the summary page.
