Running a Topology Validation Report
To run new reports, do the following:
1. Click the Run Validation... button () to display the Run Validation dialog box.
2. Choose the options you wish to use for your report:
a. Model:
Nominal: Run the report against the nominal model.
Current: Run the report against the current model.
b. De-Energization Objects:
All: Show all de-energized branches
Conductors: Show only de-energized conductors.
Transformers: Show only de-energized transformers.
3. In Run Reports, select the reports to run:
De-Energization: Show all de-energized objects excluding supply_nodes.
De-Energized Supply Nodes: Show de-energized supply_nodes.
Loops/Parallels: Show loop/parallel objects.
Cross Phase: Show cross-phase objects.
Mesh ID Groups: Show Mesh ID groups of more than 3 MIDs.
Feeder ID Groups: Show Feeder ID groups of more than 2 FIDs.
ATO Groups: Show all ATOs below an FID.
Islands: Show the size of all islands.
Faults: Show all faulted objects.
Partially Closed: Show all partially closed objects.
Model Statistics: Show all model statistics.
Wormholes: Show potential wormholes in the model, as identified by connected objects with different parent zones. This displays nodes with suspicious connections, as well as the object on each side, and the ncg and feeder name for each. Distance is the shortest distance in NMS coordinates between the two objects. A distance of -1 means that at least one of the connected objects has no representation in the geographic coordinate system.
