The Generic SCADA Adapter (executable name: RTAdapter) is an Oracle Utilities Network Management System adapter that can process incoming analogs, digitals and conditions from an external SCADA system. The RTAdapter can also send field device control requests and condition updates from the Network Management System to an external SCADA system.
