FLISR Automatic Mode with Violations
FLISR automatic mode with violations works as follows:
1. A fault occurs and a section is isolated.
2. FLISR completes its analysis and produces its solutions. One of the preferred restoration scenarios includes creating violations on the restoration feeder.
3. FLISR selects alternate restoration scenarios. This might mean skipping a preferred feeder to avoid the violations and selecting a different feeder that has more capacity. When FLISR estimates voltage and loading violations on the preferred feeders post restoration and if the violations are not worse than pre-fault at the same locations, then the plan will be allowed to execute automatically.
4. A plan is created and all steps in the plan are executed.
5. An operator can view the plan during and after execution as described above.
Generating a Switch Plan for the Violation Case
In the case where the restoration plan would result in violations, either in the restoring feeder or the section being transferred, the user must apply an override to generate the Switch Plan.
The check box must be selected for the solution you want to use. The system prompts you for confirmation. In automatic mode, plans with violations are not executed automatically and must be run by the user manually (from the switching sheet via the Execute Entire Plan action).
