Callback Status
The Callback Status field on the Perform Callbacks List Window and the Perform Next Callback window is color-coded to indicate whether a callback attempt has been made and the result of the last attempt. The following table shows the default color coding used for callback status:
Color
Description
White
Not Called - indicates you have not yet called the customer (default). The callback remains in the callbacks list.
Blue
Restored - indicates the customer confirmed their service was restored. The callback is considered complete and is removed from the callbacks list the next time it is brought up.
Red
Not Restored - indicates you called the customer, and the customer indicated that service was not restored. The callback is considered complete and is removed from the callbacks list the next time it is brought up. The call is re-introduced into the Oracle Utilities Network Management System for re-analysis and restoration and a new callback will be generated when that event is restored.
Green
Indicates one of the following:
No Answer - indicates you attempted to reach the customer, but nobody answered the telephone. The callback remains in the callbacks list.
Busy - indicates you attempted to reach the customer, but the line was busy. The callback remains in the callbacks list.
Brown
Cancel - cancels the callback. The callback is considered complete and is removed from the callbacks list the next time it is brought up.
