To log in to the Flex Operations client, a user has to be a standard NMS user (see Chapter 15 ‑ User Authentication for details) and be authorized for Flex Operations by having one or more Flex User Types assigned to them in the ENV_ACCESS table. This table can be configured in the User Type memberships pane of the Configuration Assistant's User Administration tab.
