Flex Operations users can create and update damage assessments.

Understanding Damage Assessments

Damage assessments are associated with events and can be viewed and edited in Flex Operations.

Each damage assessment has editable information, including the ability to enter crew information, add information about damaged assets, and attach images.

To view a list of damage assessments associated with an outage event:

1. In the Event Details, select the Damage Assessment tab.

2. In the Damage Assessment List, right click on a damage assessment and select Open Damage Assessment. The damage assessment is displayed in a new tab.
