Data Requirements

Model

The amount of model data required depends on the solution engine that is being utilized.

Connected kVA: Minimum data requirements. Device ratings, nominal voltages and service transformer sizes are sufficient.

kVA: Minimum data requirements. Device ratings, nominal voltages, transformer voltage levels and service transformer sizes are sufficient.

Power Flow: Full data requirements.

Future Forecasting: If future forecasting is enabled (for any solution engine type) then load profile data is required.

SCADA

FLISR requires the following from SCADA:

• Device status.

• Lockout Status (Optional). If not available it will run on time delays and device status signals.

• Fault Indications.

• Real-time load measurements.

• Pre-trip load measurements (Optional). If not available FLISR will utilize rudimentary history of the load.

• Outbound controls for device status and recloser lockout.
