Updating the ERT for Selected Events
You can set the estimated restoration time for one or more events selected in Work Agenda.
Note: Updating the ERT from the Work Agenda is not allowed for some event types. If a system is configured to show separate Notify alarm rows, you cannot set or clear the ERT. For Non Outages, Critical Meets, and Future Meets, you can clear the ERT, but cannot set it.
If the ERT update operation cannot be performed on one or more of the selected events, the Ignored ERT Updates dialog box will be displayed when the other updates have completed. The Ignored ERT Updates dialog box list the events where the ERT was not updated.
To set the ERT for selected events, follow these steps:
1. From the Work Agenda events list, select all the events for which you want to update the ERT.
2. Select Update ERTs... from the right-click context menu or the Actions menu. The Update ERT dialog box opens.
3. Enter the new ERT using the calendar tool and, optionally, enter an event note.
4. Click the Set ERT button. The Update ERT dialog box closes, and the new ERT value is displayed for the selected events in the Work Agenda list.
Clearing the ERT
To clear the ERT for events selected in Work Agenda, follow these steps:
1. Select one or more events in Work Agenda.
2. Select Update ERTs… from the right-click context menu or the Actions menu. The Update ERT dialog box opens.
3. Double click the displayed time to open the calender tool and select the Clear button. Optionally, enter an event operations note and click OK. The Update ERT dialog box closes, and the ERT values for the selected events are cleared in the Work Agenda.
