Using the Trouble Summary
The Trouble Summary provides outage, patrol assessment, and damage summary information by control zone.

Prints damage summary data for the selected region.
Trend Graph...
Opens an outage trend graph for the selected control zone.
Exit
Closes the Trouble Summary window.

Outage Summary Data
The Outages Summary pane provides information about outage overview information that you may drill down by region.
Outages Summary data includes:
The Est Restore Time column contains the estimated restoration time (ERT) for events in that region.
The Feeders Out column contains the number of outages on feeder breaker devices.
The # Customers column contains the total number of customers experiencing an outage for the region.
The # Critical column contains the total number of critical customers experiencing an outage for the region.
The # Calls column contains the total number of customer calls received for the region.
The # Service Outages column contains the total number of service outages for the region.
The # Device Outages column contains the total number of device outages for the region.
The # To Do Outages column contains the total number of outages that do not have a crew en route or onsite.
The Outage Summary information may be based on the current time or a user selected time; the Summary Time is the time when summary information was generated within the chosen time parameter. To select a date and time parameter, deselect Use Current Time and click the Display Outages Summary As Of button (Calendar icon that expands the date time field into a calendar date picker.) and pick your desired date and time.
Damage Summary Data
The Damage Assessment information includes aggregate data from damage assessments. The Damage Summary pane is only visible when Use Current Time is checked. The section, which is populated when a row in the Outages Summary is selected, includes the following data for the given region:
Zone: control zone name.
Crew Type: If selected, filters the three Damage Summary tables based on damage assessments needing the selected crew type.
Work Queue: If selected, filters the three Damage Summary tables based on events containing the selected work queue.
Total Repair Time (HH:MM): Total amount of time needed to repair the damage reported for the selected control zone.
Required Crews: Provides information about the crew requirements.
Crew Type: Lists the crew types needed.
# Needed: Number of crews needed for the given type.
Damaged Assets: Lists reported damaged assets.
Asset Name: The name of the asset.
# Accessible: Number of accessible instances of the damaged asset.
# Inaccessible: Number of inaccessible instances of the damaged asset.
Comments: Provides damage assessment comments.
Event #: The event numbers associated with the damage assessment comments.
Crew: Identification of the crew that made the damage assessment comments.
Damage Comment: Text from the Damage Assessment Damage Specifics Comments field.
Assets Comment: Text from the Damage Assessment Damaged Assets Comments field.
# Load Affected: Number of damage assessments having damaged assets with Open status.
# Street Lights Damaged: Number of damage assessments having Street Lights Damaged.
# Road Blocked: Number of damage assessments reporting blocked roads.
# Hazardous: Number of damage assessments reporting hazardous conditions.
Assessment Summary Data
The Assessment Summary information includes the count of the number of assessment conditions in the selected control zone (Patrolling Assessments, Device OK Assessments, and All OK Assessments). Next to each row in the report is a Delete icon () that allows you to delete the assessments of that type for the selected control zone and date filter is used.
The Miles of Conductor Assessed row shows the ratio of conductor miles marked as assessed versus total conductor miles in the control zone, and the calculated percentage. You may clear the marked assessments for the selected control zone by clicking the Delete icon ().

The trend graph displays a summary of customers, calls, and outages over a given period of time. The graph does not automatically update, but can be updated by clicking the refresh toolbar button or selecting Refresh from the File menu. If you wish to see data for a different row in the Trouble Summary, click the Trend Graph Tool button and the Trend Graph window will update.
