Protection Schemes and Network Topology changes

The NMS system will react to changes in the network topology as a result of model builds, switching or unsolicited SCADA events and generate a protection scheme event and switching plan if required.

Note: While a protection device is in a parallel section of network fed by multiple sources then the system shall not update the protection scheme settings of the device.
