Using the FEP Viewer

Users that do not have the SCADA maintenance privilege may still want to view and control the FEP state. This can be done by selecting a device having valid Flex SCADA connections in the Viewer, and then selecting the View FEP... option from the SCADA Options context menu.

This will open a dialog showing the current state of the FEP and allow the user the following functionality:

• Enable/Disable the FEP.

• Swap the active connection to the IED.

• View the FEP diagnostics.

• View and reset FEP statistics.

• Reset the statistics for all IEDs on the FEP.
