Defining Miscellaneous Resource
The Miscellaneous Resource portal is used to maintain miscellaneous resources. Miscellaneous resources refers to such things as meals, hotel stays, mileage, documents, attachments, and so forth that are associated with working an activity.
You can access this portal from Admin, select M, then select Miscellaneous Resource. The user is brought to a query portal with options for searching for a miscellaneous resource. Once the resource has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.
The following zone may appear as part of the portals Main tab page:
• Miscellaneous Resource: This zone provides information about the selected miscellaneous resource, including accounting information.
• Unit Price: This zone enables a unit price and effective date to be defined for the miscellaneous resource.
• Notes: This zone displays any notes associated with this miscellaneous resource record.
• Attachments: This zone enables users to manage all types of attachments for the miscellaneous resource record.
