Corrective
Corrective compliance manages acceptable timeframes for follow-up work resulting from issues that were found during an originating call. The process is driven through the use of service histories which is used to define and create the types of work, including follow-up work, that enables the business to remain in compliance.
Some types of issues that may require follow-up work are repairs or rechecks to water mains after a break or for gas lines after a leak.
Follow-up work is automatically generated using the compliance date definitions on the general service history type. A Calculate Compliance Date algorithm is used to calculate the compliance date.
