Defining Compliance Types
The Compliance Type portal is used to maintain compliance types. A compliance type represents a broad category of compliance work, such as annual compliance, leak repairs, and regulator inspections.
You can access this portal from Admin, select C, then select Compliance Type. The user is taken to the search query portal with options for searching for a specific compliance type.
The following zones may appear as part of the portals Main tab page.
• Compliance Type: This zone displays information about the selected compliance type, such as Compliance Date Parameters, Compliance Date Adder, and Preventive Maintenance Interval information.
• Unlink PM Triggers: This zone removes the compliance type from the preventive maintenance triggers.
• Link PM Triggers: This zone updates preventive maintenance triggers with the compliance type.
Note:
The Unlink and Link PM Triggers zones are applicable and available only when Preventive Maintenance, NOT Corrective Maintenance, is defined for the Compliance Class field.
