Defining Equipment
This portal is used to maintain equipment resources. Equipment is a resource required to work an activity.
You can access this portal from Admin, select E, then select Equipment. The user is brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific equipment. Once the equipment has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.
The following zone may appear as part of the portals Main tab page.
Equipment. This zone provides information about the selected equipment, including accounting information.
Unit Price. This zone enables a unit price and effective date to be defined for the equipment.
Notes. This zone displays any notes associated with the equipment.
Attachments. This zone enables users to manage all types of attachments for the equipment record.
