Defining Permit Templates
This portal is used to maintain a list of permit templates.
You can access this portal from Admin, select P, then select Permit Templates. The user is brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific permit template. Once the template has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.
The following zone may appear as part of the portals Main tab page.
• Permit Template. This zone provides information about the selected permit. This zone can also include information on the valid checklist types, planned service history, and additional resources, such as labor and material, included on the permit.
• Notes. This zone lists notes associated with the permit.
• Attachments. This zone displays attachments associated with the permit. Attachments added here are made available as reference information related to the permit and are available on work activity.
