Work Classes
A work class represents a broad category of work. Some examples of work classes may be planned, unplanned, or capital. Users can use Work Classes as a way to drive a specific list of available Work Categories.
Some of the main uses for work class are as follows:.
• Users are able to filter their work by work class. For example, to see only planned work or capital jobs for that day.
• Reports can be generated for the individual work classes.
Work classes can be defined at an organizational level and by access group so that only users in a particular organization who are included as part of that access group will be able to see a particular work class and its related work categories.
