Field Activity Workflow
The following is the typical workflow states of a field activity:
Pending
• This is the initial status of the activity
Validated
• This status validates the activity disposition value
Validation Error
• This status indicates there is a problem with the information on the activity
Sent
• This status indicates the activity has been sent to the external system
Resend
• This status indicates the activity has been resent to the external system
Send Error
• This status indicates there was error in sending the activity to the external system
Execute Completion Event
• This status indicates the work has been finished and the completion events are being executed
Completion Error
• This status indicates there was an error in processing the completion events
Executed
• This status checks for the required completion events and completes the activity
Completed
• The activity is set to the Completed state once the work is performed and the completion information is recorded
Discarded
• This status indicates the activity was discarded
