Oracle Utilities Rate Cloud Service is based on the rate calculation functionality of Oracle Utilities Customer To Meter. However, not all fields and field values available to Customer To Meter are used with Rate Cloud Service. For some specific portals, some tabs, fields, and field values may not be applicable.
