In order to request decommissioning of a cloud service environment, use the Delete Environment button when reviewing an environment.

This will create a delete request that will be processed and completed. While the request is being processed, the environment status will change to "Deleting".

Once your delete request is reviewed you will be contacted by Oracle Support or your Customer Success Manager to follow up on your request and the next steps involved in decommissioning an environment.
