Request for Creation of OAuth client in Identity Cloud Service
The customer or system integrator can request creation of an OAuth client in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
Request Specifications
- The customer must specify the environment details (including URL(s)) in the service request.
- The customer must provide the following details in request.
- Environment Name: DEV or TEST, TEST01 etc
- Client name suffix: <Shouldn't contain special characters. For example: oauth-client is a wrong name as it contains '-'. Oauthclient is correct naming convention>
- Client description: <Logical description>
Customer Obligations
- The customer can request for OAuth creation in their IDCS tenancy by creating a Service Request in My Oracle Support (MOS)
- The customer needs to specify the desired date/ time for this activity to be scheduled

Oracle Cloud Ops Team Obligations
- Acknowledge and schedule the execution of service request
- Execute steps to complete the service request
- Communicate the status upon completion and advise the customer to perform any needed post activity steps.

- Acknowledge/ Schedule: 1 business day
- Execution Time: 1 business day
