Entity Specific Versus General Change Requests
An "Entity Specific” change request type supports the tracking and approval of changes requested for an existing entity. A general change request type supports all other types of requests, for example:
• A request to update several entities where the request describes in text what should be changed.
• A request to add one of more entities that do not exist yet.
