Approval Setup

This section lists entities related to approval management functionality in the order they should be defined.

1	Defining Approval Profiles	Prerequisite: To Do Type, To Do Role, and Access Group. User groups are referenced on No Approval Required approval profiles to indicate the user groups that can create an approval request routed to the indicated approval profile. This helps to control which users are allowed to submit “no approval” requests. User groups are defined as a listing of user profiles in the User Group portal.
