Defining Program Initiatives
You use the Program Initiative portal to display and maintain program initiatives.
You can access the portal by selecting Admin, Digital Asset Management, Program Initiative. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching. Once your record has been selected you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.
The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:
• Program Initiative: This zone displays the selected program initiative.
• Initiative Eligibility Criteria Overview: This zone lists criteria used to determine a customer's eligibility in a program. Click Add Eligibility Criteria to add a criteria. Click the Edit or Delete icons to edit or delete (respectively) an existing criteria.
