Maintaining Template Activities
The Template Activity portal is used to display and maintain template activities.
You can access this portal from the Template Work Order portal when reviewing or adding a template activity.
The following zones may appear as part of the portal’s Main tab page:
Template Activity: This zone provides information about the selected template activity record, such as planned service history, checklist types, template activity dependencies, and accounting information.
Template Work Order Activity: This zone lists the work order activities associated with the selected template activity.
Notes: This zone lists notes associated with the template activity.
Attachments: This zone enables users to manage all types of attachments for the template activity record.
The following zones may appear as part of the portal’s Resources tab page:
Quick Add: This zone enables additional resources to be added to the work activity record.
Template Activity Resource Action: This zone displays the template activity’s resources. Users can select the resource hyperlink and go to the template activity’s resource requirement to make changes.
The following zones may appear as part of the portal’s Cost tab page:
Template Activity Cost Summary: This zone displays a summary of costs associated with the work activity record.
Activity Cost Detail: This zone displays the cost details associated with the work activity record when a row from the Template Activity Cost Summary zone is broadcast.
