Default Labor Requirements
A default set of labor requirements can be defined for each type of activity performed by the company. The system then uses this information to schedule activities of a certain type to the crew shift having the skills to complete the work.
Default labor requirements are defined on the activity type and include the following definitions:
• Craft which typically indicates a special skill, such as electrician, mechanic, etc.
• Quantity refers to the number of each craft that is needed to work the activity.
• Hours refer to the time requirement to work the activity for each craft.
