Defining Work Classes

This portal is used to maintain work classes. A work class represents a broad category of work.

Refer to Understanding Activity Types for more information.

You can access this portal from Admin, select W, then select Work Class.

The following zones may appear as part of the portals Main tab page.

• Work Class List. This zone lists all work classes. Broadcast a record to display the details for the selected record.

• Work Class. This zone provides information about the selected work class.
