Asset Removal
When a previously synchronized GIS feature is deleted in the GIS system, the next synchronization process detect this change as a Removal operation that results in the following changes:
The corresponding asset location is marked inactive.
The GIS global identifier reference on the asset location is removed since a feature with that identifier no longer exists in the GIS system.
The corresponding asset is retired and moved to the default out of service location defined on the Esri WAM Integration master configuration record.
