User groups referenced on No Approval Required approval profiles indicate the user groups that can create an approval request in which the system automatically approves the record. Some examples of where a No Approval Required approval profile can be used might be for emergency type work which could be generated at anytime or for routine maintenance type work that has a lower impact on business processes.
